Its so hard to smile and act happy when the world gives you such a big reason to frown and be sad.

fake it until you make it rose. Smile. Smile to yourself it will trick the chemicals in your brain and make you think your happy. it will make you a little happier even though your situation is the same.

I have tried that. I have been in severe depression since I was like 8. Nothing seems to make it better. Only worse... but thanks for commenting! :)
