I've been losing weight without trying and it's freaking me out. I wonder if it has to do with moods, or just travelling and being broke for a bit? I have struggled with bulimia in the past and tried really hard to lose weight but now it's happening without trying and I don't think it's slowing down.

How has making a food journal for you been? at least so you can see what you have eaten throughout the day?

Journaling for me easily turns into obsessing. I'm not sure if that's the best approach.
