I've been out of work almost a year now. At one time, I made over $100K/year, so all my interviews went well, but the employers all are concerned that I'll settle for way less, and then jump ship later. How can I convince them in an interview that this simply isn't so? This has been my biggest challenge..

Leave salary opened..and if employers feel you are overqualified will make any statement worse..your love for the position might be an alternative.. You want tto make this position your lively hood..but still employees might see you desperately looking for work.it is what you can do for the company if employed. stragise

Or if you want to make $100K/year, then you could set your own business from home, and show the other employers that you really are hard working, and that you aren't going to jump ship as you are working towards making your own business. I hope this helps, but if you would like more info, I would be happy to talk =)
