I've stopped eating dairy two weeks ago, and cut down on eggs and corn. I also started swimming in the local swimming pool frequently, and the eczema on my lower legs has started to improve. I've been using prescription steroidal ointment for a few years, with no improvement of my eczema until now. I don't eat gluten products, as well, because I'm celiac, but until I cut out all dairy, there had been no improvement.

Food allergies are a huge eczema trigger, how do you react to soy? Hugs and welcome!
I'm adding unsweetened organic soy milk to my tea & coffee after the beverage is heated. I also ate tofu, but I read that using minimal amounts of soy, if not none, is preferable.
p.s. I'm just adding that I also bought vanilla flavored unsweetened almond mild which tastes pretty good to put in my pre-heated beverages, so I will phase out using soy products as soon as I finish my existing soy milk cartons. Thanks for responding to my comment. Good hearing from you.
