Just got told today I have herpes. I don't know what to do or how to feel I don't want to tell anyone and yet I don't know I'm going to hold this in. I'm single and just got out of a very serious relationship.

Yeah I'm planning to go to the gym tomorrow and try and act like a normal person. I hope it helps because today I've given up on my house and everything's a mess
I didn't deal with it well at all in the beginning but I've been learning to live with it. It isn't the end of the world but you will just have to adjust to a few different things. I'm here if you ever need to talk.

@Lethe23 I’m not sure how to support you but I think I did. I know I’m not actually alone but in the world of my norm I definitely feel alone. I haven’t told my ex and the father of my child and I haven’t told even a best friend. I’m honestly so depressed and keep thinking maybe they are wrong… They have to be wrong!

Yes I understand what you mean but you can't allow it to let it make you feel that way. It will only make you feel worse. You might want to tell your ex to get checked out though. Have you had an OB or was it just a blood test they did that you found out?
