@mechele I checked out the site and found it extremely helpful, just loads of information! Thank you!
Yea bloody hell that heart palpitations I have called an Ambulance on the 13th of June because it was so bad. Then I remembered I drank coke and coffee, so I stopped it and drink decaf and the heart palpitations are no more. I hope that helps
@Faith52 hello faith and welcome to the group!! Glad you lowered your caffeine intake, also will help with anxiety and hot flashes!! What other kinds of things are you doing to deal with menopause?
Hi I don't have hot flashes or anything else. Well my skin is a bit dry but other than that. The heart palpitations are bothersome and so is anxiety....
@Faith52 oh thats wonderful you are not experiencing hot flashes! Anxiety is a hard one. Ive been increasing my fish oil, using flaxseed oil, magnesium and Vitamin D for anxiety. Biotin is great for dry and thinning hair, brittle nails and dry skin. Hope your day is good!!
I thought starting on natural progesterone cream....what do you think?
@Faith52 I am using it and have been for 19 months with wonderful results!! I use the Source Naturals brand and I get it at Amazon.com for about $15 a jar. It has reduced my anxiety, mood swings, hot flashes, and I had a fibroid vanish that id had for more then 10 yrs after only 90 days of use. My cycles are back to regular now and the depression and foggy mind has lifted greatly! Read the reviews and decide if its right for you. I see vibegirl has recommended magnesium,…another supplement I use… this has helped very much!!
Has anyone experience lightheadedness or dizziness? Feels like it never goes away.

and I am also including a link about dizziness for you to read…you may be dehydrated. I was getting dizzy two summers ago while working in the yard and after some research, discovered that menopausal women should be drinking a minimum of 80oz of water a day! Since I increased my water intake, I haven’t had this problem again. Hope this helps!! You can just click on the link!!

Thanks to both of you. I will begin drinking more water and look into the B12.
@AshaDiva I use Super B complex everyday…really helps energy levels as well!
