Lately I've been getting these really severe, intensely nauseous panic attacks around 6pm. They last from 30 minutes to 4 hours. I just want this to go away.
Panic attacks are never a pleasant experience to say the least and what makes them even harder is the anxiety that comes with the fear of having one again. Although it is natural to want to fight these things it's best to accept and allow them to come with the knowledge that they are temporary both in the moment you are having one and in this point in your life
@Slexis Yeah, I try very consciously to relax all my muscles and let it wash over me. But the bad part is the nausea. The instinct it to tense up to prevent vomiting, especially when you have really bad emitephobia like I do.
You might want to seek a doctor...
@RachelShows I have a team of doctors. My physician, my psychiatrist, my psychologist, my gastroenterologist.
Trust me, I’ve had years of this and it’s all panic induced. I just process all my emotion in my gut.
