desiree - 11lbs is an unhealthy weight to lose in 1 week, especially if you are already in shape and an athlete. Try pilates and take it slow, they have really good workouts to give a dancer type body. but please be sure to lose weight the healthy way. take your time and don’t go to extremes. good luck!
Its impossible to lose 11 lbs in 1 week. Try doing more cardio exercises. For example, running, lunges, step exercises, etc. And make sure to keep a healthy diet. Dont get discouraged, weight loss takes time. Best of luck.
I lost 7 lbs in a week by going on a juice diet (just drinking juice made from fresh fruits and veggies in a jucer) you can;t direct where the wieght loss will come from though, some people are just designed to have a bigger ponch

Did u eat regularly again after the juice diet? And how much juice did u drink in on day?
yea, and if you go back to eating unhealthy you will quickly gain all the weight back. Instead, let it be the jump start to , not a diet, but a new way of eating. Don't a lot of bad food (common sense) and weight train. The only way to loose weight is to gain muscle, thats what boosts metabolism. An hour of weight training is 10 times more effective than an hour of light cardio. a lb of muscle burns 50 more calories than a lb of fat. I get my workout routines from Bodybuilding.com I went from just running to mixing in 4 days a week of lifting and lost 15 lbs in 6 months. its great.

i know its impossble but ppl have done it before..
i am doing he juice diet but ive also been looking at like russian diets and stuff like that..
be careful with the fast diets, that can really do more harm than good. I know i have been there done that and really don't advocate doing them.
jasper46 - thanks for the info on bodybuilding.com. i need to do more weight training but am intimidated and have no idea what to do. excited to check this out.
