Lymphoma in the brain

my husband was diagnosed with non hodgkins lymphoma in december had 6 treatments of rchop and was in complete remission by late May of this year. In June he started feeling tired and sluggish and his right side when completely week.. After an MRI and PET SCAN he was diagnosed with lymphoma in the brain. He already had chemo and 3 lesions are completely gone and the tumor has dramatically changed in size. He is still very tired. Another thing is he has no taste buds. He want's to eat, but everything has to be pureed because nothing taste good to him.. Has anyone gone through any of this...

My anxiety level is at an all time high... One minute, one day and one hour at time..

My faith in GOD is what keeps me strong....

has anyone experienced any of the above

My son is 9 years old and he has primary cns lymphoma. He was perfectly healthly until this, just a normal busy boy. If anyone has a child with this please comment.

I have not experienced that but I do have a fog brain from the cancer and I am very tired. I know when I don't want to eat I have my family cook something that brings back a food I love like fried chicken or bacon. That helps me eat. Your faith is in God and that is where it should be. Remember He will never leave you nor forsake you...You are a good wife to take care of your husband. Also if you have mountains near you the fresh air always makes people hungry. God Bless

My husband is in remission for two years from Non-Hodgkin's Large B Cell Lymphoma with mets to the brain. This is very rare. He had six rounds of dense dose methotrexate with RCOP and then Bone Marrow Stem Cell Transplant.

Get yourself to Sloan Kettering ASAP or to Dr. Brad Kahl at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Carbone Cancer Center.
