Military families suffer more anxiety

i think this is true with all families go through:

"Families of military members deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan report facing challenges as family relationships change and they assume more responsibility for household duties during deployment, according to a study released this week.

The RAND Corporation, a non-profit research organization and think tank, specifically studied for one year how deployment affects children and spouses.

"Researchers found that a greater percentage of children from a sample of military families suffered from emotional difficulty and anxiety symptoms compared to other children their age," the study results stated. "Youth in the study also reported challenges with increased household chores, feeling misunderstood by community members, and dealing with the deployed parent's mood changes once they return home.""
