Monday Morning

Monday Monday.... I think today is the hardest day of the week. I think about my weekend and feel guilty. I ate to much and was unable to work out at the gym. Now today I feel stressed already and need to fix my weekend today. During work all I will do is think about keeping my calories low enough to then go work out to balance it out. It was hard just getting up and coming to work today. I have found functioning normal is starting to become a challenge. Before its been no prob....
