My dad sent me a link to this article. Has anyone heard about this? That "green light" (like, literally the color) can reduce migraine severity and frequency?

@CKBlossom Oh, that’s an even better article! Thanks for sharing!

I have never heard this. What do you do, just get a green light bulb?

@Marinewife Let’s see, my article mentioned that one man’s migraines would get better if he went outside to his garden. His brother, a doctor, made the connection that it was the green light. The article CKBlossom found talks about a more systematic experiment, in which a low-level green light was found to decrease migraine pain by 20%. So it sounds like a gentle, low-intensity green light might be helpful? Lol, it sounds so new age. But I have low-intensity green light on my diffuser, so next time I have a migraine, I’ll try to remember to use it. Who knows?
