My daughters father left us a few months ago so the single parent thino is new and I'm so stressed and at the point where I'm gonna have a breakdown I get 10 steps forward and knocked back 20, any advice?

That is a hard transition. I'm sorry you have to go through this. Being a single parent is tough, but doable. Research local resources for single parents in your community. Also, reach out to friends and family, if you can. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Hang in there.
I'm not really so much sorry I just feel bad that she has to go through it and suffer because of his ignorance you know. I'm not one to talk about feelings I'm really loses off especially now I just wanted some other mothers who understood my situation and could have conversations with if that makes sense
