What do you tell yourself every day to keep yourself on track so that you donºt fall back into the trap of binging-purging??

Hey Caroline!

I remind myself of why I want to recover, and how even one slip with delay it.

I also remind myself that one slip will more likely than not lead to ten more.

I tell myself I will feel better when the urge diminishes and I did not give in and remained strong and in recovery.

thanks ladies... every post encourages me so much. so far 2 days without b/p.

of course, i've been through this many times before, 1 day 2 days 5 days... i think 9 days has been the most in the last year...

hopefully i can keep it going... even 1 day B/P free is a blessing!
