My husband has NF2, a rare disease. The only support groups I can find seem to be for those who have this condition, not for those of us who take care of them. My husband has had 3 craniotomies in the past 6 months with a total of 5 tumors removed. They are not malignant, but he is now completely deaf, in a wheelchair, and his medication makes him groggy. We don't have any friends where we live (pretty new to the area), and I cannot drive due to a vision problem. I feel trapped. Other people say I have to take care of myself, but how can I do that?
