My Raynauds reared its ugly head this morning. I developed my first symptoms (freezing cold fingers and toes with white/blue nails) this past winter after my spinal surgery. We have had typical high 70's and mid 80's weather until yesterday and today. I went for my typical Lupus round of blood work and it had dipped into the low 50's, I was freezing with blue fingers but then every single fingertip went numb. Even after running them under warm water and a cup of coffee they stayed numb, 20 minutes this lasted. I am literally terrified of winter anymore. What a major progression of a new condition, what's next, frostbite?
