I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread where we can help each other to make the best of the technology to share things and so help overcome feelings of loneliness

This video shows how to put a YouTube video onto Facebook, the method works the same for putting videos here and should do for any site
to share a video from Youtube.
From a pc/laptop/tablet :
When you click "Share", it then opens up these options underneath that:
"Share" "Embed" "Email"...
click on "Embed"...you'll then see the the text underneath that, highlighted in blue....
press and hold down the bottom right hand key on the keyboard "Ctrl"...keeping that pressed down, press the "C" key.
That has now copied the highlighted text.
you can let go of the keys now.
Click the mouse where you want to put the video.
Now press and hold down the "Ctrl" key...keeping that pressed down, press the "V" key.
That has now pasted the text.
Then just click the big green button, "Save" or "Post", depending on where you are putting it
