Need just a little bit of help

i have been using for a couple of years now.. just Fridays or Saturdays, or when i have off from work. I've been averaging about once a week. in the past few months its been on and off. the problem is I get serious cravings and i don't win and end up back to square one.. any suggestions on what to do when the urge hits? its been a couple of weeks now since i touched the stuff. I know it will be a tough week.. i truly want to stop. need some advise..
