lately i've noticed an increase in my anxiety (at least i think). you know that butterfly feeling you typically get under healthy circumstances? i feel like it's coming out of nowhere and at least 2-3 times a day. i also know my depression has increased.

the only professional help i have at the moment is my awful psych - do you think i should see her and maybe get more meds? i'm just apprehensive about it, but i feel like these last couple months have been getting rougher and rougher on me...

what do you think? do i tough it out? or do i talk with the psych?

i would talk with them sometimes trying to tough it out just makes things way worse
