Hi all, I just wanted to introduce myself. I suffer from internet addiction bad. I don't know what do do anymore this is why I joined this group. I am a member of another support site which is the original reason for my addiction.
Any advice?
addiction is a tough thing to deal with, especially for internet addiction. have you thought about seeing a local support group or talking to a therapist? those things can definitely help you work through your addiction.
well i would suggest u to do something that u think it will get u distracted from internet..like work or something1
