Hey everyone,
As most of you know, I have been struggling for the past week. This weekend was the first time I ate somewhat normally, at least close, but still not enough because mike came up and I felt dizzy and sick. So I ate. I am not going to lie, I was upset with what I ate this weekend, but I know deep down my body needed it.
Today I am doing better than last week at least, or I think I am. I slept a little late so I skipped breakfast, bad, but I agreed to go to lunch with my roommate. I ate what I could, which wasn't much, but my stomach started hurting so I stopped. After class I actually listened to the hunger and grabbed a small snack. I am trying. Hopefully I will do well tonight as well. I hope this week gets better.
