Okay, hi everyone, I'm new on this group but on binge group

Okay, hi everyone, I'm new on this group but on binge group I'm long, so my binges always are sweets, I have biiiig addition like your guys so searching for a way to stop it :) I'm drinking a lot of water and now I'm managing more to control myself over sweet food, but sometimes still I have very big urge to ate them and then even my lifesaver water doesn't helps, so I would've interrested to know which methods you guys are using against this addition?:)

Nuts, Fruit, Natural Peanut Butter, Dried Fruit, and flavored water, all lifesavers for me! Hugs-CK
