One more day ends & I hope you all had something positive happening in your life. If it feels like there is nothing to look forward to... remember that even the darkest of nights will eventually have to give way to the piercing rays of the sun... Light will shine through... I know, it's annoying when someone says this, especially when you are feeling down, but I constantly battle dark ess, depression & a plethora of negativity every single day. I battle it & find something tiny that touches me positively... It could be the wag of my puppy's tail, or the chirp of an early morning bird (if I happen to be awake then..) it doesn't matter what.. Hope is an attitude that sometimes needs to be stubbornly held on to... I find solace... tiny though, and for those few moments, I see beauty around me. That is the kind of hope I wish you all would experience. From there, it's baby steps. Have a good night's sleep dear friends. :)
