and breath ..... remember that's so important. Deep cleansing breaths and say " this to shall pass " hugs !
@pmaki62 Breathing and paying attention to the breath is a Good Idea. Just make sure that you are not breathing too quickly! It is very easy to “pant” during an anxiety attack, and that coupled with deep breaths can make matters worse. So SLOW deep breaths are the way to go. Peace.
