Got my Pet Scan done on Monday and everything is fine. Now I have to do the Bone Marrow Biopsy on Tuesday, which me well everyone.

Thanks Daynal. Am just praying everything will be ok, if not I have to find a donor to do a bone marrow transplant. I let you know waht happen after I see the doctor next week. Keep in touch… Thanks again…

Thanks for your kinds words. I am just worried about that HTLV-1 virus that the doctor told me about.If everything is ok with the bone marrow biospy, I might still have to do a transplant. But I will keep u inform…

I've had two bone marrow procedures. I didn't feel either of them. The trick is to relax relax relax your body, and put your head in a very good place. Try singing a song in your head, counting, concentrate on steady even breathing. It will be over before you know it. I hope it goes well for you, and all is good.

Thanks. This is will be my third bone marrow biospy and to be honest the second on was much hurtful than the first one. The first one I was onmy side, the second one I had to lie on my stomach and its hurt, I don’t knwo if it was my imagination thinking about it, but I had pain for a week where it ws done. This time I am taking a volume or a pain meds before I do the procedure because they don’t give you too much sedative. How are you doing? Did you have to do any stem cell procedure and how was it? Please keep in touch. Thanks again for your respond…

hmmm-both of mine were on the side...
I'm trying to do well. now I am battling a touch of pneumonia (does this ever stop). I allowed myself to get down for a bit...but have managed to bring myself up again. No stem cell, but it seems that the RCHOP didn't do too much except bring me out of the crisis i was in last May. My Dr. suggested a clinical trial. oi.Once I am rid of this current pneu. i will have a better idea how i really feel

Thanks. Well the beone marrow biospy was ok, its the 3rd time I did it and this time it was painless and very fast. Itook a pain pill before i went it and it seems to work. Well I am now waiting on the result. But since i have the HTLV-1 virus, I have to do a bone marrow transplant to get rid of that virus. You ahve to satyed him after your chemo treatment, you cant be around anyone with the flu or a cold thats how you get sick.I don’t leave my home unless I have to go the doctor, I try to stay in. I let you know how the result turn out… Hope you feel well soon, take care of yourself…
