Phew! I did it! Today was my college graduation. As someone with agoraphobia, I'm sure you can understand how difficult it is to attend a ceremony surrounded by hundreds of people. I felt a lot of symptoms, mostly numbness and tingling basically all over. Thankfully, with positive thinking and breathing I repeatedly got through it. However, I hope I won't have to always remedy anxiety whenever I do anything. Its exhausting.

Wooooo Hoo!!!
I'm proud of you! Time to celebrate!

Yes now I have to drive about 20 mins on the freeway to my parents. I figure if I made it through the ceremony, I can handle this.

@TennisPlayer I really appreciate your responses.

Update: I'm here at my party. Having a stress free time. I made it all the way here with only limited anxiety. I have a bad headache due to lack of sleep but that's about it!!

I also know I made my family proud because they know how hard it is for me to drive.

A success!!! I feel so encouraged, empowered, and relieved. I kinda feel like I broke through the agoraphobia. It's like a wall of fear but it's finally cracking!
