Physical health tip of the day

Today’s physical health tip focuses on movement: Lets work on adding regular exercise into your day. Even small amounts of exercise, a brisk walk for around 30 minutes can improve your heart health, make your mind clearer and help with your waistline. So how much exercise should we be doing each week? Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity each week, along with muscle-strengthening exercises on two or more days a week. Hard? Yes!
