PR11. HI to you all .I am trying to log back in after a while and having a problem. However am feeling good today. I am female,61, and was diagnosed in Dec. 2014. I am pretty new to this so bare with me. I use a nebulizer daily and only have to use o2 2litres at night, so I consider myself pretty fortunate. Like a lot of other people I smoked for a lot of years and here I am. Can't wait to get to know some of you.
Well it looks like I was logged in twice. So we will see what happens.
Can someone send me a reply even if it is only hi to make sure I am logged in. Thanks
@Allwelltobehere9 Yes, your here and welcome. We are very happy you have joined us. I too, am on oxygen mine is 24/7. I have end stage COPD. Like you I use a nebulizer but I use mine 4 times a day. You are very fortunate in that you only have to use your oxygen at night. As a suggestion, you might ask your doctor about Pulmonary Rehab. It was not available to me where I used to live. I have since been in it and can tell a difference. They monitor your heart and lungs while you exercise, they teach you how to breathe from the diaphragm, they hold classes on various topics such as nutrition. It’s just an all the way around great tool. There are many amazing people on this site. I hope that you will find what you need here. Again, welcome and it’s a pleasure to meet you.
