Practice Gratitude.

Here’s a mental health tip for the day: Practice Gratitude.

Take a moment each day to acknowledge the things you’re grateful. It can significantly boost your overall mental well-being. You could write down three things you’re thankful for each day, reflecting on positive experiences or people in your life, or even expressing gratitude directly to others or the universe by paying it forward one coffee or meal at a time. This simple practice can shift your focus from what’s lacking to what’s abundant in your life which helps you see the positives in life and not perseverate on the negative.

I am trying to pay it forward by volunteering a lot this month. It definitely makes me more grateful for what I have when I see how little some people have.
