Fear. It prevents us from doing things we want to do. It keeps us from taking risks, making decisions and doing what we want with our lives. Fear of losing control, fear of letting go, fear of what will result if we combat our fears. It feels like a never ending cycle. We will always have things we are afraid of, but by facing the problems or things that cause the greatest amount of fear and stress in our lives, maybe those little things won't make us so scared anymore...
I agree entirely. Recently I feel like fear is just completely crippling me. But you're right; facing the little things, one a time, is a great way (the only way?) to fight back!

You're so right. :) My therapist is always telling me that avoidance of things we're frightened of only reinforces our fears... We have to face them, eh? ♥

Unfortunately we do have to face them...but i'm beginning to ask myself what is the worst that will happen? I need to convince myself they will get better or go away. Trueimage I feel the same way! My fears are keeping me from getting better and I'm trying to break it down into smaller steps and maybe work things out that way and hopeful, you therapist is soo right!
