Jennis books are alright; for exercise addiction check out 'diary of an exercise addict' by jamie lynn sigler (the actress from sopranos) I really related to that one. I also just finished 'Hungry' by crystal renn, super great read.
My therapist had me read 'Why She Feels Fat' by Johanna Marie McShane and Tony Paulson, and is having me give it to a close circle of friends and fam to read too.
It was great, and I was amazed to read how other people wrote word for word things that I've thought or have been going through. It was very helpful.
My mom is the only one who has gotten to it so far, and I really think it's helping her understand what I'm going through and how to deal with it. It's helping her understand that recovery is a slow process and that I can't just change over night.

I read Intuitive Eating by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch while I was in treatment.
Also, I have been recommended Hunger Pains by Mary Pipher, Gaining: The Truth About Life After Eating Disorders by Aimee E. Liu, and Life Without Ed: How One Woman Declared Independence from Her Eating Disorder and How You Can Too by Jenni Schaefer (a lot of girls read this when I was in treatment),
