Wow, last 2 days I have had much less pain than last week and on much lower medicines to boot. So I can see the pain.

They added a muscle relaxor called flexeril.

It seems to be helping

I had an EMG/NCS done today and this week will have 2 MRIs

Getting closer to a firm diagnosis.

Til then I did pretty good today and yesterday, hope I do not curse myself writing this.

Going to try to keep the forward momentum going tomorrow, see how far i can go before keeling over again.

or .....well I am prepared either way now , at least mentally and for me the mental part of this inability to do and chronic pain is by far the worst of the suffering it brings.

Day 3, I 'm am still going pretty good here without as much pain as I was having...maybe something is working here.
the healing ability of the body I hope.

(I have MRI's this week, had EMG

so soon as these tests are done, I will have more info.
