Thank you Paul ...I appreciate you talking about this issue. I found it very helpful, I agree that my emotional stress is because I always tend to push people who care about me away. I tend to keep things to myself, especially talking to someone. It's a fear I must work on and hope to someday overcome. Thanks my friend <3 oh and yes my long late night city walks help me very much :)
HI Paul, I was very stressed out this morning and then I went for a walk and talk with my Mom, my best friend. So, I did TWO of your recommendations: talking it out AND going for a walk. I'm not sure which did it or if it was a combination of both, but I am stress free, now. I have never watched any of your videos before, but I am going to try to make a habit for it from now on. It was really great. I love your accent, I didn't mind the "f" word. I use it too. I also liked the way you call people fools and idiots. You said it with a smile on your face, so I could tell it was a positive thing. Only one things distracted me a little bit and that was the way your were playing with your rubber band. Bad habit or your own way of dealing with stress? lol. congrats on being "promoted' to be the group leader of "stress." You are very worthy. I always see you out there posting and supporting people. Have fun with it at the same time you are helping people! Thanks again.
@newyork @anniecastiel Haha i was doing the rubber band trick earlier but i just ended up playing with it. Thanks I'm glad both of you liked the video and found it helpful too. I mean you can share it around to other groups if you want :). Long walks and talking helps me so much :)
