Shout out to those trying to stop bingeing and those who are

Shout out to those trying to stop bingeing and those who are quitting sugar..how many days since your last binge or sweet treat? Or how's that goal going?
For me; it's been 8 days since bingeing and 3 days without sweets. Hooray!

Congratulations! I've been pretty successful so I can go through the bakery section or candy section of the supermarket and feel no urges. It gets better as you go along and get stronger. The first 2 weeks are the worse so you are more than half way through it.!

@kelleyisfj Thank you! I figured the first two weeks would be the hardest. Trail mix with M&Ms has been calling my name all day =/

I've lost count of the days, but it's been about 10.5 months since my last binge. The holidays wrecked my no sugar streak. I track my sugar intake on mfp, and have set a daily limit (because face it, there is sugar in everything). I decided to get back on track and limit my sugar again. Started four days ago. These first few days are the toughest for sure.

WOW 10.5 months… that’s amaazing. great job =] Sugar is in everything…I don’t really find myself wanting to eat 5 chocolate yogurts but I do want to eat 5 candy bars… it’s interesting how some sugary things are triggering and some aren’t. so I feel ok to eat a sweetish yogurt as a replacement to a cupcake. My body just wants chocolate cookies so badly!
