So after eating a combined amount of one roll of Ritz crackers one hand full of chips and a protein bar on Monday and Tuesday I started binging today.. I ate 1 1/2 muffins a whole bag of chips seven or eight granola bars (I lost count) half a sandwich and a whole bag of chips and I'm torn between eating more and making myself puke..

you have to get out side get out of your place walking biking window shop I use to be a binge eater but latly I seem to have a better handle on it I still crave stuff but its once in a while and not every day

I agree with bulldogs get out of the house and only bring your id no money cause you can stop for food... but also say positive things about yourself I'm beautiful I'm loved and I'm wanted don't be afraid of the truth that's been hidden.. I'm here for you

Those are really great ideas but I've Ben out of the house all day and still constantly eating.. I will try window shopping though and excersizing more
