So idk if this has to do with eating more sugar (I am sensitive to it) from cravings or just because it's that time, but just now I got so frustrated to tears. So much to the point of wanting to self-injure myself via hitting and scratching. This usually only happens on the first day and no more after the 3rd, though it occasionally happens randomly and rarely throughout the year (once a month besides thelse times) any ideas why?
