So far so good but I know it's calm before the storm...getting a little nervous and scared but will hold on to the fact that a year from today I'll be OK and no longer controlled by a drug.
keep holding strong you can do it. you have done so well this long. soon you will look back and it will be 5yrs and then 10yrs and so forth
keep up the great strength that you have been displaying

It's only day one...I have a long way to go...but one down!!
that is still a wonderful start. and don't give up. even if you don't do it perfectly the first time just the fact that you are trying to says a lot about you.
