I think that will take awhile because of the trauma! the pain, and betrayal!! I am experiencing the same thing now, i cant delete the images in my head of what i saw! hope it gets better for you!!

same here...although i didnt see it , i saw a text conversation but my mental images take care of the visuals. I wake up everyday and re-remember....in the first few seconds after opening my eyes it all comes flooding in and its like i relive it every morning
