So I actually don't have narcolepsy---just extreme chronic sleep deprivation! In a way, this is a relief....with lifestyle changes I can actually have a normal life. I do have FLMD (Frequent leg movement disorder) but at this point in time it doesn't seem to interfere with my sleep cycles that much. I might try some pills...for those nights that I just don't sleep well and wake up with extreme pain all over, but centralized in my legs.
