So I have a question for all those who have to eat Gluten free.... Is there any type of brand or product you would recommend as to be the best tasting brand to buy cause I am so not feeling this gluten free bread I just had. The Pasta is no big deal it taste the same as regular pasta to me but OMG the bread so much different... I gotta say so far Im not a fan.... Also anyone know whats the deal with soup? Why we arent suppose to have any and bouillon or hot dogs or pickles.... I dont get it.... What the hell CAN we have?

Udi's Whole Grain Bread, and Kinnikinnik Foods Brown Sandwich Bread are both gluten free, and are pretty popular. (I know Udi's you have to store in the fridge because it molds really fast). Personally I have had so many gluten free breads and although none of them can completely compare with regular breads-brands are getting more savvy with their recipes, and things really taste pretty good.

@Aura82 ive had the udis hero looking bread its alright…

I didn't like any of the breads or bread mixes I tried, but once I discovered Glutino's English muffins--wow! They're better than regular Eng. muffins! And so thick that I can feel good when only having a half of one. I've made sandwiches with them, even grilled sandwiches.

@gradycats I gotta try that cause I love my sandwichs and the breads Ive tried im not to fond of. They break apart to easy. its like mush.

I hate the texture, and it's so heavy it gags me. I know just what you mean! Bread was my main go-to food before I was diagnosed, and I loved the kind with nuts and stuff in it, or rye. That's all a no-no now. I'm in the US, and I think Glutino may be a Canadian company. I like all their products! And around here some of the WalMarts have it. The muffins are in the frozen foods. I guess that makes them last longer.

@gradycats hmmm I went to walmart I didnt see anything gluten free… maybe i should try a diff walmart… Ima suggest a Trader Joes store. I just went there this weekend and they where very helpful and supportive. They said that If I try something and I dont like it I can return it!.. So im like O_O! you mean to tell me If I try this bread and I dont like it I can return the rest of it. I live in the US to east cost if im not mistaken Im mad with geography. I also just tried gluten free pizza was actually not bad. But have yet to find a bread Im ok with…
