So, I hit the treadmill, gotta say I feel better, took a week off was feeling congested/wheezy. 25mins on tread @ 1.5mph then kicked it up to 2mph, just to get a spurt in there, bout killed me..ugh..but in a good way. What are you folks doing to help alleviate some of your ailments???

YAAAAY!! Good going girlie!!! Glad to see you back on the treadmill honey!! We all know how much exercise slows the progression of this disease!! Keep it up!! Im proud of you!
