So I'm new to this but recently I have started loosing weight. I had been to the doctor 3 times this year. The first time I was 111 then 109 then the last time I was 106. The last was like the end of April and I know I've lost since then. I'm stuck though cause I want to loose more weight but I don't. Like my thighs are huge but then my arms are so small now. I don't know what to do though. I can't get help or start a diet.

I wouldn't worry about a diet, why not focus on your fitness. A consistent exercise routine will shape your body, strengthen your muscles, lungs and heart. Any areas of fat that concern you would be leaned out and replaced with healthy muscle. Weightloss would take care of itself naturally.
