So I've decided I'm going to try the calendar sticker technique or whatever you want to call it. Every day I go without pulling I get a sticker. If I go so many days or weeks or whatever without pulling I get a "reward". Go buy myself something nice. Go out to a nice restaurant. Reward myself for not pulling. I hope it helps a little bit

@Gogirl4687 I was thinking that too. Lol. Going a day is hard, like today I thought I didn’t pull and then I realized my hand was in my hair and I had already pulled a few pieces out. So I think hours would work great.
