So last night was my last straw I had to contact the doctor

So last night was my last straw I had to contact the doctor.... I'm on amphenamine and narcotic. So if you know what dexadrine is or not, it's for narcolepsy which is a stimulant and I take 30mgbtwoce a day. And I also take Percocet 5-325mg three times a day. I took my last perc at 6pm laid down did a tens unit at 8pm and at 9pm I'm in pain hunch over like a grandma. But I have tooken my Dex at 545am and my perc at 630 and go to work by 7 and by 8 I'm in pain again and I can't take another till 12. Dr said he's never heard of this issue. I heard stimulate increases your metabolism I'm 95lbs can't gain or loose and i have back pain for ever and been on the narcotic for 6 months. Any ideas? I need some input

I'm sorry you're having back pain....
Have you changed anything with your eating habits to help maintain or increase your weight? (Why can't you gain weight, did you mean by choice?)

I have high metabolism. I eat all the time n my body eats the calories. I have had two kids gained alit gave birth to 7lb kids n after a month I was 95 lbs again

Amphetamine is a stimulant. When I was diagnosed with narcolepsy the sleep specialist put me on stimulant. It increased pain, anxiety, and I felt like a rubber band stretched to breaking point. Told him I couldn't take the stimulant. He said take it or I take your driver's license. I pulled all my records from him and went to another Dr. Turns out I have fibromyalgia syndrome and stimulants are contraindicated (bad).Think of it like a car engine. People with FMS tend to idle at 48mph while normal people idle at 20 mph. Adding stimulants to the mix just makes everything worse. FMS and CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome ) are often associated with sleep disorders. Some Drs. are reluctant to diagnose and/or treat these disorders so find out before you set an appointment if it is one who does treat FMS or CFS.

I metabolize pain medicine very quickly whether I take my narcolepsy medicine or not. I take Rittalin, Modafinil and ambien, and they do not affect my metabolism of the pain meds, but they do seem to ease or eliminate any withdrawal i might have gotten if I forget to take my pain medicine on time.
