So recently I have noticed I've been very fatigue and not as hungry as usual. I recently lost my grandpa and back in 2006 lost my dad so now the only people I have in Florida are my grandma and my boyfriend and his family. I have been so depressed, sad, upset and down lately. I haven't been myself. I am usually a very talkative person and outgoing but recently I feel like I haven't been that way. What should I do??

I'm sorry to hear that you have not felt yourself lately. I wish I had some helpful advice. I have heard that exercise can help. I try to distract myself by doing things I enjoy but I know sometimes it can be difficult to do that when you are down.
