Hey Asher, welcome to SG. Have you spoken to anyone about this? Speaking to a doctor or therapist (preferably one that specialises in gender identity) is an important step if you want to transition. May I ask how old you are, and if you're living with family?

@Davii im currently living in 2 houses with divorced parents but i’m only 12 so i’m afraid to tell my parents. I’ve talked to a few of my friends , but thats about it.

I agree with Davii. I told one of my school's counselors (more of a social worker for the school district), and she talked about it with me and my parents. It's a good step to take if you're afraid to tell your parents. They could probably explain it better, and ease them into it better than you can, since they have more experience with mental health.

@IgFTM @Davii Thanks for the help. I know at least my mom would be supportive but I’m worried about my other relatives. I’m also not sure if my school even has a counselor, as its pretty small. I plan on getting a binder at least but im not sure about any other transactions yet.
