some things that u have never liked or found it to be tough are the things one never wishes to do. how does one motivate oneself to do it and what are some ways of doing them easily
I try to set goals. For example, I need to eat in order to be able to have the energy and sustain muscle for this Sunday's Misfit concert. Even though I desperately want to restrict. I also really want to go to the concert and mosh till the show ends! It will be difficult. However, it is also very possible. :)
