Someone out there who have some advice how to Stay strong while healthy eating... I can Control binge but still have Problems Not to cross my eating borders i set....
Have you ever tried the 21 day challenge? It instructs you to get portion control containers and then use certain portion sizes and certain number of containers for certain food. You get a set amount of containers for the day and that's all you can eat. I'm doing it right now to lose a bit of weight and i find it's more than enough food. The containers teach you how much of each thing you can eat so you can get used to understanding how much is too much. There are videos on Youtube about the program and lots of articles and diagrams on the net. I bought my containers at the dollar store.

When you say, "cross the eating borders I have set," would you explain what you mean by that comment.

trying to force yourself to "eat healthy" can actually trigger eating disorders or be a form of disordered eating. Its much more important to eat intuitively. Meaning listening to your body, eating when you are hungry, stopping when you are full, and honoring your cravings.
I really have to .. maybe also write down what I eat could help :p
