Sometimes I feel like some of the anger management technique

Sometimes I feel like some of the anger management techniques actually just make us repress our anger. So the next time we get angry it comes out bigger and worse. Anger is energy. Im thinking releasing that energy may be a better thing to do. How though...

Yes, use that negative energy to do positive things. Like painting, or sculpting, or building something. Set a positive goal, and use your negative energy on that.
