Stand up for yourself, for someone, for something that you believe in. The bottom line is with no malicious intent. Be kind to one another, be kind to yourself :)
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but make sure it is not forced upon others. Do it in an upright manner. This is what pushes humanity forward and not backwards. Create a healthy discussion and not a toxic session. Whatever you feed will thrive. Respect is a two way street and so is communication.
